Refund Policy


Once an order is confirmed, we will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.


In Case of Damaged Product

  1. Notify us of damaged products within 5 days from the delivery date via email at contact@seedsandhands.com.
  2. In the email, please include:
    • Order number
    • One clear outer box image
    • Two clear images of the damaged product
  3. For multiple-item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  4. We will:
    • Promptly resend and replace the product(s).
    • Work with you to provide an amicable solution.
  5. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In Case of Missing Product

  1. Notify us of the missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email at contact@seedsandhands.com.
  2. In the email, please include:
    • Order number
    • An image of the invoice
    • One clear outer box image
    • Two clear images of the opened box showing all items received
  3. We are unable to process refund requests, but we will promptly resend the missing product.
  4. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In Case of Spoiled Product

  1. Notify us of any spoilage within 10 days from the delivery date via email at contact@seedsandhands.com.
  2. In the email, please include:
    • Order number
    • Date of packaging/manufacture
    • Clear images or a video of the product
  3. We will accept returns if there are quality issues in the actual product.

Important Notes:

  • All our spice products are processed without chemicals, and no preservatives are added for extended shelf life.
  • Certain products may attract fungus or tiny insects under specific weather conditions.
    • Example 1: Black pepper may develop fungus in moist weather.
    • Example 2: Turmeric powder may attract tiny insects in humid conditions.
  • Such occurrences indicate that the product is natural and free of chemical additives.
