India is a land of rich traditions and natural abundance, where the flavors and aromas of its spices have enchanted the world for centuries. From the fragrant cardamom fields of Kerala to the bold black pepper harvested in Wayanad, our country is home to some of the finest spices in the world. Born and raised in this beautiful land, I have always felt a deep connection to the farmers and the rich heritage of Indian spices.

Why we do what we do.
It was during my travels through rural India, meeting with local farmers and seeing firsthand the dedication that goes into growing each spice, that I realized something needed to change. Many of these farmers, who have spent generations perfecting their craft, were not receiving the recognition or fair prices they deserved. Meanwhile, consumers across the globe were often receiving spices that had lost their true essence, passing through multiple middlemen before reaching the kitchen.

That’s why I founded Seeds and Hands—a brand dedicated to reconnecting people with the authenticity and freshness of Indian spices, while ensuring that the farmers who grow them are rewarded fairly for their hard work.

What is the Seeds and Hands difference?
At Seeds and Hands, we travel across India to handpick the finest spices, directly from the farmers who nurture them. Our spices are harvested, lab-tested for purity, and packed fresh at our eco-friendly facility in Kerala. By cutting out unnecessary middlemen, we are able to deliver farm-fresh spices directly to your home, preserving their original flavor and aroma. More importantly, this process ensures that farmers get the fair price they deserve, helping them build better futures for their families.

We believe in nurturing the planet, just as our farmers nurture the land.
